1.Design
Yes, most of our products can be customized and there is no MOQ.
Before production, we make the shop drawing for confirmation and even can do the 3D drawing for check the real products.
2.Products
staircase , railing, window and door, shower enclouser, pergola is our main products.
For staircase and window, we need around 45 days for production, and for railing, pergola and shower we only oneed 35 days for production after drawing confirmed and deposit received.
Most of our products can provide 10 years warranty. Before shipment, we have a test installation to make sure everything is perfect.
Our factory covers a total area of 3500㎡ , Developers , builders, contractors and home owners are our customers.
3.certifications
We have SGCC, CE, AS/NZS2208 for glass , and NRFC for window and doors. Ect.
4. Shipment
We can do the EXW, CIF, FOB, DDU, DDP terms in shipment, and we also can help you collect other factory things to mix container.
The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. Express is normally the quickest but also most expensive way. By sea freight is the best solution for big amounts. Exactly freight rates we can only give you if we know the details of amount, weight and way.
5.Payment method
50% T/T deposit, 50% T/T balance payment before shipment.
6.After sales
Before production, we have a drawing for your confirmation, and if send you wrong orders, we will send you new one freely.
Our products is DIY installation, most of our products no need any welding work, and we provide drawing instruction to help installation and provide online technical support.
